Reading Tutoring will address individual student needs as well as focus on Comprehension, Fluency, Word Recognition, Decoding and Writing. The class will be one-to-one and will be learner driven in regards to instruction. I will work to meet your student on their terms and my teaching style will be determined on how the student learns-visual, kinesthetic, etc.

As we cover Reading concepts like Comprehension, Fluency, Word Recognition, etc., the focus of each lesson will be the student and how to best reach their needs. I am a certified teacher of 30 years and have taught students from PK-12, as well as adult ESL students. I am ESL certified and have a Masters in Reading Intervention. Teaching is my passion.
