Welcome explorers!
🗺️🧭 Put on your curiosity hat and join us for a suspenseful adventure across the globe. Let's pretend to walk in the shoes of an explorer each week! Are you up for a challenge? 🗺️🧭
This ongoing class covers the lives and expeditions of some the world's greatest explorers of all time. Each week, we will go on an imaginary trip with the explorer(s) of the week and learn about their voyages. We will begin by learning about their motivations to embark on their daring adventures, if they got to their destinations and how they got there, dangers they faced and how their expeditions changed the world.

This is a very interactive class that will have students engaged in discussions, and sometimes working collaboratively to solve problems and challenges. We'll learn of successful expeditions and those that also ended in disasters.
