Gratitude Journaling
Class Experience
This one-time session will be a calm and relaxing atmosphere for students to work through gratitude journaling prompts provided by the teacher. The teacher will provide students with information about how practicing gratitude can improve their mindfulness. They will be provided worksheets that are optional to work through! It is important to note that students are fully encouraged to record their answers on their own pages without needing to share out loud.
