We will be meeting every Thursday afternoon, learning fun new skills with friends who are also gluten free! We will be covering how to measure properly, how to make gluten free softer and delicious, while building confidence in cooking and baking skills. I will send out the ingredient list the week of the class. Equipment Saucepan Cup 4 Cup Gluten Free Flour Muffin Tins Ingredients Crumb Topping 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted ⅔ cup gluten free all purpose flour 3 tablespoons brown sugar 3 tablespoons sugar ½ teaspoon cinnamon Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins 1 cup canned pumpkin puree ¾ teaspoons cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg pinch teaspoon ground cloves ½ cup sugar ½ cup brown sugar 2 ounces cream cheese, softened and chopped into pieces 2 eggs 1 teaspoons vanilla extract ¼ cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons milk or non-dairy milk 1 ¼ cups gluten free all purpose flour (I use and recommend Cup 4 Cup) ¾ teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon baking soda Cream Cheese Glaze 2 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened ¾ cup powdered sugar ¼ cup milk or non-dairy milk ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Please have all ingredients and supplies ready prior to each class.

Parental Guidance
Please be advised that students will need to use an electric mixer and an over for this course. Students will also need gluten free flour, dairy products and eggs. If a recipe calls for dairy you can substitute it with almond milk, oat milk or coconut milk. If it calls for egg you can substitute it with apple sauce. Please feel free to message me if you would like more substitute ideas.
Ingredient lists will be sent via message to you prior to the weeks lesson. The list below is for our next lesson, sugar cookies.
Supply List
Supplies and Ingredients will vary on what we make in class that week. Please be aware we may use dairy or nut ingredients, if you or someone in your home is allergic to any suggested ingredients feel free to substitute them. For dairy you could use almond, coconut or soy milk alternatives, for egg allergies an egg substitute and so on. Please contact me if you have any questions or need help with any ingredients.
