I have taught with Outschool since 2021 with my life skills courses being my most popular ones and I also operate my own coaching business which offers end-to-end consulting services for students and their families as they approach the private school and college application processes.

My earlier career included technical, business, and leadership roles in global Fortune 100 companies and market-leading non-profit organizations. For those employers, I led various functions including corporate communications and project management, and I most recently worked as a Director of Human Resources where I advised executives, established strategic planning organizations, and led corporate internship programs that hired and trained college students. I am well connected with many private schools, universities, and market-leading companies, so I know what private high schools, universities, and employers look for in top candidates.

My formal educational background includes a Doctor of Education degree with concentrations in Organizational Leadership and Organizational Development. My research on how business leaders led teams using AI was published in 2023. I also earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance and a BA degree in English Language and Literature.

In summary, I have had an interesting and fulfilling career and I love to share my expertise with students who want to learn practical ways to improve themselves as they grow up. I especially enjoy partnering with parents who want to offer the very best educations for their children. Please ask me any questions and I will be more than happy to reply.
