This class is taught in English.
The first day of class students will need a rug or towel to sit on. A medium size bath towel is also definitely doable in a pinch! Children will be asked to bring other small items to class on follow up days, these are items they can choose from nature, their own toys, or household items. A small box no larger than a shoe box will be needed to put these items in. Please provide a safe space where children can sit on the ground, stand up, and lie down without any objects interfering. A yoga mat, blanket or towel to create this space is also needed.
