In this course, students will learn practical tools and strategies to write great college application essays and to build their interviewing skills so that fear is replaced by confidence! This course qualifies for ESA grants in some states.

Week 1: - Introductions - Expectations of the class - Lecture and class discussion about "What do colleges want to know about candidates before making their admittance decisions?" - Preview homework assignment: What do students specifically want to learn in this course (is there a specific focus area that the teacher can emphasize in the remaining class sessions)?
