Teacher Bob here. I have taught for more than 25 years, and during that time have taught from grades 4 through high school. I have to say one of my favorite courses to teach is math. Not only is math important (we use it in many areas of life), but it's also fun.

Why did the girl (or boy) wear glasses to math class? Answer: It improved di-vision.

Seriously, while I do crack the odd joke in class, my classes are both fun and educational. I'm a laid-back style teacher and encourage engagement with my students.

At the beginning of class, we say our hellos and then down to business. I teach the weekly math concept using both PowerPoint and an Interactive Whiteboard. The students and I then work on problems together, before they work independently. All the while, Teacher Bob will be providing feedback on their work.

So, for a fun and educational approach to learning Geometry, join us in Math Success With Teacher Bob.

See you in class!

Teacher Bob:)

In our math lessons, we will work towards:
1.	Make sense of problems and persevere in solving them.
2.	Reason abstractly and quantitatively.
3.	Construct viable arguments and critique the reasoning of others.
4.	Model with mathematics.
5.	Use appropriate tools strategically.
6.	Attend to precision.
7.	Look for and make use of structure.
8.	Look for and express regularity in repeated reasoning.

Hello parents and students!

My name is Teacher Bob. If you're looking for someone who is inspired and loves to teach young people, that describes me to a "T". My experience in teaching, which also includes 25 years in the classroom, surpasses 40 years. Over those years, I have taught from the very young through high school, as well as adults. I am currently a teacher for my local school board.

What can I say? I just can't stop! I love it. LOL

I have a passion for all things science and math, and have been told that I make these subjects come alive for my students. My interests don't just stop there, either.

I have a Bachelor's of Education and have completed many master level courses. I am currently working on completing my Master's of Science Education. I have had a keen interest in astronomy and other things related, since the time I was a boy. I've always been like a kid in a candy shop when it comes to what interests me. The world around us has so much to offer us in terms of learning!

When I'm not spending time with my wife, family and grandkids; I can be found pursuing my favorite past times such as fishing and sky watching.

I believe that all students can learn and succeed with the proper support. A learning environment should be a place that is content driven in a manner where it can be both fun and engaging for your child. I offer that in my teaching.

There is a great time to be had learning in Teacher Bob's courses, on Outschool.😊

Hope to see you soon.

Take care!
