We will cover 2 parks each week and will spend our time discovering the park for that class in detail, and diving into the the geographic and geological features of the park and what makes the park unique. This class will be taught from the idea of taking a semi-virtual tour of the various parks and their key features. Additionally, student will answer questions, engage in discussions, and interact with the teacher and the other students. This will be accomplished by using weekly questions, map labeling of the features of the parks, short writings describing what students would want to see in certain parks, and more for students to answers and submit using the Outschool classroom.
