In this class, we will focus on your learner's needs and prepare a relevant, engaging class to cater to them and prepare them for the GCSE exam.

This class meets for 30 minutes. The GCSE Qualification is an in-depth exam that make learning English enjoyable, effective and rewarding. Our unique approach encourages continuous progression with a clear path to improve language skills.

Week 11 - Area and Perimeter of Shapes (Triangles, Circles, Trapeziums)
Week 12 - Volume and Surface Area of 3D Shapes (Cylinders, Cones, Spheres)
Week 13 - Pythagoras’ Theorem and Trigonometry
Week 14 - Angles in Polygons, Parallel Lines, and Circles
Week 15 - Direct and Inverse Proportion
Week 16 - Simplifying Ratios
Week 17 - Scale Factors
Week 18 - Speed, Distance, and Time
Week 19 - Growth and Decay Problems
Week 20 - Probability Trees and Venn Diagrams
Week 21 - Theoretical and Experimental Probability
Week 22 - Averages (Mean, Median, Mode, and Range)
Week 23 - Cumulative Frequency, Box Plots, and Histograms
Week 24 - Interpreting and Drawing Graphs (Pie Charts, Line Graphs)

How will you teach?
Our teaching style is dynamic and engaging. The class will be interactive and supportive of all needs. Students will get the opportunity to participate and complete their own tasks. The class will include a range of teaching methods including questions and answers; individual, paired and group activities; games and quizzes.  Learners are encouraged to draw something related to the topic to share at the end of each class. 

What's your teaching style?
We are a team of experienced teachers who are calm, patient and supportive whilst ensuring that the children are constantly learning. The environment will be dynamic and learners will actively participate throughout the class. As experienced teachers, we are capable of adapting our style to suit the learners. 

How much will learners get to interact with the teacher and each other?
Students will be active participants throughout each class.  Student talk time is expected to be significantly higher than teacher talk time.
