Hello! Welcome to fundamentals of business studies. In this class we will pick a different business topic every week and learn about business management. We will cover topics such as the following: Week 1 (week beginning 01-January-2023) - Different types of businesses and organisations Week 2 (week beginning 08-January-2023) - Finance, including the main financial statements Week 3 (week beginning 15-January-2023) - Marketing, including pricing strategies Week 4 (week beginning 22-January-2023) - Human resources management Week 5 (week beginning 29-January-2023) - Operations management Week 4 (week beginning 05-Februrary-2023) - Topical news stories and talk about businesses we read and hear about in the press. This will be an interactive class so you will be encouraged to give your views on the stories of the day!

In this class my main focus is to make business studies less intimidating and interesting, showing you how it can be useful in your day-to-day lives
