Class experience
This is a time to engage with friends (new and old) and have some social time while being creative. The start of our time together will be used to chose patterns as we get to know each other by showing off other Perler projects that we have already completed. Participants will then have time to create a Perler bead project of their choice. I will have some patterns ready for use, to help with ideas and will assist as needed in completing their projects. Perler beads needed to complete chosen project Perler pegboard(s) needed to complete chosen project Pattern of choice (optional) After the project is completed, parents will need a piece of parchment paper big enough to cover the finished project and an iron to melt the beads, so they hold their shape.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parents will be responsible for using a hot iron to melt down the beads so they hold their shape. Children will not be allowed to do this themselves during class.
