Welcome to "Fun Spanish for Little Explorers: Games and Vocabulary"—an interactive and exciting 1-on-1 language class designed for young learners. In this class, students will embark on a fun journey to learn Spanish through engaging topics like animals, body parts, colors, birthdays, and more! Each lesson is carefully crafted to introduce new vocabulary in a way that is fun, memorable, and interactive. Kids will love the playful approach we take to language learning, including games, songs, and activities that keep them excited about practicing Spanish. In this class, children will: Learn essential vocabulary in Spanish, including the names of animals, body parts, colors, and birthday-related words. Build their confidence in speaking Spanish through fun games and activities. Develop listening, speaking, and basic writing skills in Spanish, all while having fun and staying engaged. Whether your child is completely new to Spanish or already has some exposure, this class is designed to meet them where they are and provide plenty of opportunities to practice. Join us for a fun-filled language adventure that will make learning Spanish feel like a game! Class Experience: In this class, your child will be actively engaged through a variety of interactive and hands-on activities designed to make learning Spanish both effective and enjoyable. What will be taught? Animals: Kids will learn the names of pets (e.g., cat, dog, rabbit, bird, and mouse) in Spanish. They'll also practice pronunciation and sentence formation. Colors: Students will learn how to say the colors blue, white, black, red, and yellow in Spanish and practice describing objects around them. Body Parts: In this topic, students will learn the names of common body parts (head, eyes, nose, mouth, ears, hair) in Spanish and practice identifying them in themselves and others. Numbers: Kids will learn numbers 1-3 in Spanish and use them in counting games related to animals. Birthday Vocabulary: Children will learn words related to birthday parties (cake, pizza, candy, etc.) in Spanish and practice using these words in fun birthday-themed activities. Alphabet: Students will learn to write and trace the first few letters of the Spanish alphabet (A-E), forming simple words and gaining familiarity with the sounds of Spanish. How is your class structured? Each lesson is designed to be interactive and structured as follows: Introduction: A quick review of the topic and objectives for the day. Learning Activities: Short, fun games and interactive exercises designed to teach and reinforce new vocabulary. Practice: Hands-on practice using the new words in context—whether it’s through a song, matching game, or simple sentences. Wrap-Up: A review of the lesson, with an opportunity for students to ask questions and share what they’ve learned. How will I teach? Engaging Activities: I use a mix of flashcards, matching games, songs, and interactive exercises to teach vocabulary and grammar in a way that’s fun and engaging. Pronunciation Practice: We’ll practice speaking Spanish together, focusing on pronunciation to ensure students feel confident speaking. Games and Role Play: Kids will play games and do role-playing activities where they can practice Spanish in real-life situations, like having a birthday party or identifying animals. Listening and Speaking: Listening to simple Spanish songs and instructions will help reinforce vocabulary, while speaking exercises will build confidence. My teaching style is warm, energetic, and supportive. I create a fun, relaxed environment where kids feel comfortable making mistakes and practicing their new skills. I use lots of visuals, interactive activities, and repetition to help students retain what they’ve learned. The goal is for kids to leave each lesson feeling excited about what they’ve learned and eager to practice more! Interaction Level: Learners will interact with me throughout the class in a variety of ways: Games: Interactive games where they will speak, choose answers, and participate in group activities. Songs and Routines: I’ll guide the class in singing songs and completing fun tasks that use the vocabulary learned. Pronunciation Practice: Every lesson includes speaking practice where kids will repeat words and short phrases. Questions and Discussion: I encourage students to ask questions, share answers, and engage in simple conversations using the vocabulary from the lesson. This class is perfect for young learners who are ready to dive into the world of Spanish in a fun and interactive way. They will leave each class with new words in their vocabulary, increased confidence in speaking, and a love for learning Spanish!

Supply List
Printed Materials: Learners will need to print a couple of pages before class. These materials will be provided in advance and will include simple worksheets for vocabulary practice and activities. No other materials are required, as all other resources will be supplied by me.

I am a certified and passionate Spanish teacher with over six years of experience teaching children and adults of all ages. I hold an ELE (Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language) Certificate, a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Certificate, and a Life Coaching Certificate, equipping me with a diverse skill set to guide and inspire learners effectively.
Since 2019, I have been designing and teaching personalized Spanish courses for children on online platforms. My teaching approach focuses on adapting materials to suit diverse language levels, ages, nationalities, and learning styles, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
