Join me for a LIVE edible art class! Learn how to make your own personal focaccia masterpiece with pizza dough. Just come to class with either store-bought refrigerated pizza dough or homemade dough and the weekly toppings. This is an ongoing class: November 11 Garden November 18 Smiley Face November 25 Pumpkin Art & Sage December 2 Christmas Wreath December 9 Frosty December 16 Garland & Ornaments December 23 Christmas Tree December 30 Frosty What To Expect: This is a hands-on interactive class Come to class with dough that has been placed in a bowl and rising at room temperature Shape, oil, and dimple dough for the second rising Watch the design demonstration Make your weekly design in your workspace Arrange the toppings on the dough canvas after the second rising The class will end before the bake time is complete. Please allow time to finish the project

Parental Guidance
Dear Parents:
This class is a great way for learners to see and use vegetables in a creative manner. Please supply precut vegetables and herbs for your learner. Slicing onions, sweet potatoes, and other items can be dangerous and unsuitable for this age group. The class objective is to get them to make designs and create their personalized projects. I ask that your learner or guardian place dough in a cover bowl 1 hour before class. Dough should be at room temperature before we start class. The art project description and illustration will be posted each Sunday evening before each class.
***Allergy precaution: Dough contains wheat and may be manufactured with other known allergies. Check your labels before purchase. ***
Supply List
A detailed supply list will be handed out weekly. Tentative supplies include: Store-bought or homemade dough Olive oil Cake tin Cookie sheet Vegetables Herbs Kitchen scissors
