This is a FLEX version of the popular "𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 3: 𝗣𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲" with 𝗠𝘀. 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮!

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:

This is for those continuing from "Primer Part 2: Piano Adventure Beginner Course" of our Fun + Interactive Introduction to Piano OR for those who have some beginning piano experience that covered:

🎵 Finger Numbers
🎵 Basic Rhythm (Quarter, Half, Dotted Half + Whole Notes)
🎵 White Key Notes (A,B, C, D, E, F, G)
🎵 Reading in the Grand Staff (Treble + Bass Clef)

📖 We begin in Unit 7 (Page 52) of the “Faber Piano Adventures Primer Lesson Book.”

Each week, over 150 students come to see me in this beautiful virtual world! 🎵

Every class, I help them understand concepts and have fun! Kids truly love learning, and I make the entire experience easy and pleasant for parents.

🅼🆈 🅶🅾🅰🅻:

My goal is to help students have fun and see music as a game. My experience over the past fourteen years, both in the classroom and studio, has shown me that the best way to motivate someone is to make the learning process feel 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺.

This has been the key to unlocking potential that my student’s didn’t even know they had! The vast majority of my students move through their books at a faster rate than the “average” time that the publisher suggests it should take – and I believe it is directly connected to the exploratory and creative environment I create in my lessons.

It’s very exciting and motivating for a new student to see how quickly they can learn music!

🅷🅾🆆 🅼🆈 🅿🆁🅾🅶🆁🅰🅼 🆆🅾🆁🅺🆂:

1⃣ Schedule a spot in the "Primer Part 1: Introductory Piano Adventure." During these 8-weeks, students learn the 7 basic facts that they need to play music and complete the Primer Lesson Book to the "Faber Piano Adventures" series together.

There are 3 levels to this program which will get students on a great start to their studies alongside one another in an engaging and supportive environment.

2⃣ Order your book! We work out of the "Faber Piano Adventures: Primer Level" book. You can find it at this link: https://tinyurl.com/PrimerLessonBook

❗️🅸🅼🅿🅾🆁🆃🅰🅽🆃 ❗️

🙏🏽 I do ask that parents prepare to sit with our young learners (8 and under) for the first 2-3 lessons to ensure your child has the best possible start to their classes - as well as avoid any issues with technology in using Zoom or their keyboards + pianos.

📹 Practice videos will be available in the classroom each week for students' review of the material as well as full class recordings for missed classes.

🎓 For our final meeting, Class 8, we have a 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 as well as an 𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠 where the students work as a team to use what they've learned to crack the codes! You are welcome to join in off camera to celebrate our learners.

We will cover the basics:
- Posture
- Hand Position
- Notes on the piano
- Rhythm
- Music Vocabulary
- Reading basic music

𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗦:
The course is structured around the concept that children learn music through immersion!

Your child will be given the opportunity to hear me play to model how their pieces go.

We will then discuss the songs as they use "visual analysis" in understanding what is happening in the music.
This allows the student to build their listening skills (ear training), sight reading (reading music), and creativity (applying musical knowledge to their piece!)

Following each class, students will have a week to submit their recording to the classroom to receive feedback from myself, as the instructor.

We will also have an interactive experience around your FREE Music Theory Book + Practice Charts! Lessons are to be uploaded to the classroom and each student will be able to encourage and celebrate one another on their practice charts and recordings through our "classroom comments" section.

Every 4 classes, we will also have an interactive "Escape Room" to enable students to review the material we've covered as a team. Students can work through the escape room and provide their individual clue to complete the class puzzle together.

★BONUSES★

① 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞
Students will be given a 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 theory workbook designed especially for each level. This will help to solidify concepts and check for understanding each week.

② 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢𝗦
Following each class, there will be a practice video available for the learner to review the songs done in class. This is to support the learner in their journey for extra guidance throughout the week.

🚨 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘 🚨

This course does 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘.

However, I will require students to send recordings of their playing each week in order to guide them through their studies. I will critique their playing with weekly feedback.

We will also have theory work from your 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 that is provided for the course. That will be done through an online system to guide students through their studies.

For our final meeting, Class 8, we have a 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺 where the students will be given the opportunity to share their favorite piece + submit for our "𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹."

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥?
This is for the beginner student with no previous piano experience, or any looking for a review!

If you are switching from another teacher or series, please message me and we will set up a private 1-1 "Meet + Place" intro class to properly place you!

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have taught 1000+ students how to read and play piano music in the Group Piano format now for about 10 years. I find that students learn very quickly to become independent readers and musicians - plus have a great time learning alongside their peers!
