Fun Autumn Jack-O-Lantern, Bat, and Ghost Craft
Fun Autumn Halloween Craft. Learners create a Jack-o-Lantern, Bat, and Ghost Crafts that move. Only a few supplies are needed to create a fun and easy craft.

Class Experience In this self-paced class learners will have a pre-recorded video where they can follow along to create three Autumn Halloween Crafts at their own pace. I will guide learners through the steps to create these fun crafts, however, learners will be coloring and drawing faces on the jack-o-lantern and ghost how they want to. They can color the bat how they want to as well. I encourage them to be creative with coloring the crafts and to choose how they want to draw the faces on the jack-o-lantern and ghost. I will include a PDF with each craft having a template guide. Making the three crafts unique to the learner is highly encouraged. At the beginning of the video I will briefly go over the supplies needed. I encourage learners to complete the three crafts with me during the pre-recorded video. In the video I suggest learners pause the video as needed so they can finish coloring, drawing a face, or cutting out the paper craft and than proceed to continue watching the video at their own self-pace. This way they may finish a task while the pre-recorded video is paused and may start the video again when they are ready to begin the next part of the video, so learners may do the project easily this way with me at the same time in the pre-recorded video. (Pausing the video several times will make the time required to complete all three crafts longer than 27 minutes to approximately an hour depending on the amount of time a learner needs to color, draw faces, cut, fold, and glue their crafts). This self-paced class is a pre-recorded 27 minute video. A PDF will be included for the project. I have created a PDF template that has the ghost, jack-o-lantern, and bat, which have been drawn by hand by me. After drawing each craft I scanned each one into my computer to be added to a circle I had on a PDF page. The PDF craft templates are only for personal use for the enrolled learner. Thank you for understanding. Each PDF includes the 3 different craft templates. Two PDFs are included with this class. Learning Goals
Learners are encouraged to color each craft how they want to. For the ghost and jack-o-lantern it depends on how the learner wants to draw the faces on these two crafts.Coloring skills and drawing skills.

Fun Autumn Halloween Crafts
Learners practice coloring, drawing, and their paper cutting skills with each craft.
1. Draw a face on the ghost and color the ghost depending on what you choose to do on your craft. Cut the ghost out, and glue the craft.
2. Color and draw a face on the jack-o-lantern how you decide you want to for your jack-o-lantern. Cut the jack-o-lantern out and glue the craft.
3. Color the bat how you want to on your craft. Cut the bat out and glue the craft.

Scissors will be used for these three crafts.
Please make sure your learner can safely cut out the three Autumn Halloween Crafts from the included PDF. I move at a faster pace during the video to keep the video to an approximately 27 minutes pre-recorded video as younger learners attention span is not quite as long as older learners.
Therefore, I do encourage learners to work on their projects at their own self-pace and I remind them to pause the video when they need to. I am trying to help them remember to not rush and work at their own pace to have fun completing their craft.
I also feel younger learners need to take more time at a slower pace to safely cut out the crafts. Please remind younger learners to take their time, pause the video, and safely cut out the three crafts. Thank you for reminding your learners of these safety precautions prior to beginning the pre-recorded video.
Learners may need help in printing off the PDF. Two different PDFs are included with this class. PDF print sizes: US Document Size 8.5 x 11" and A4 Size Paper
Learners may decide to use markers which may stain clothing if markers are used and also on other items if the marker accidently ends up on other items instead of on the paper.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I was a substitute teacher and assistant for two years at a Montessori Public Charter School in a nearby local town. During my teaching experience, I had the opportunity to work with students ranging from kindergarten to fourth grade. I have experience in crafts, art, cursive, and calligraphy. I have studied and taken classes over several years growing up and as an adult. I want to share my expertise in these creative areas so learners may enjoy making artistic and creative artwork.
