I have been teaching writing and ELA since 1997. I have taught public middle school and elementary school, and I have taught college writing and dual enrollment writing classes. I have worked with gifted learners, reluctant learners, learners of English as a second language, and struggling learners. And I homeschool my own children who are currently 13 and 11.
Homework Offered
Much of the writing will take place during class time, but assignments should be completed outside of class as needed; this will help us to all stay at the same pace and be ready to move on to each new lesson.
0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Learners will submit writing assignments for feedback.
