❄️Elsa and Anna fans ❄️ Dancers are welcome to dress up in their Frozen costumes! We will begin with social introductions and then dance for the entire time Ballet warm-up and stretches to increase flexibility Jazz locomotor and centering techniques Choreography and progressions of classical and contemporary dance Follow along with coordination exercises We will finish with a reverence and conclusion review If your child loves Frozen and can't sit still, this is the class for them. Get moving and appreciate the art form of dance with Pop-Up Class! Olaf- Do you want to build a snowman? Anna- For the first time in forever Elsa- Let it go Sven- Show yourself Kristoff- Love is an open door Some prior dance experience will be helpful, but not necessary in this dance technique class Ballet shoes are preferred

Parental Guidance
All dance classes require parental supervision, space to move around, proper shoes or barefoot, a water bottle for hydration, and a willingness to participate.
