These options will offer activities in several different learning styles and will allow students to create and share through documents, photos, or videos. Rubrics will be provided for each project option. Learning Goals
Students will gain new vocabulary, discuss various aspects of reading (author's purpose, sequencing, plot, symbolism, characterization, etc.) while being given the opportunity to voice their opinions and thoughts about the book's content through quick-writes and discussions.

When I was growing up, we traveled a lot, and I always looked forward to a new trip because my mother would buy a new stack of books for me. I would sit for hours in the back seat of our car and read. Whenever I ran out of books to read, I would read the billboards and every highway sign very loudly. That was rather tedious for my parents, so I'm sure that's why they always made sure I had plenty of books to read!
