This course will involve practicing articulating oneself in French. Communication is fun in spoken language. My teaching style is engaging and participatory. I strive to create a classroom environment that has a serious and comfortable sense of purpose. Learners should have taken three or more years of French classes. I will introduce phrases and encourage each student to take calculated risks by using them in a conversational setting. We will practice pronunciation together by taking turns, so that everyone has the opportunity to participate in asking and answering questions. Students will share the newly acquired skills in their own fun, creative, and innovative responses. Our conversations are always original and usually a bit zany.
Learning Goals
Students will improve their understanding of various French terms and phrases. Students will practice vocabulary that relates to their lives and will practice expressing themselves in French.
