Explore vast, open worlds where the magic of LEGO building and Fortnite collide. Collect food and resources, craft items, build shelter and battle enemies together with up to seven friends. Get creative in building and customizing your ultimate home base using LEGO elements collected from the world around you, then recruit villagers to gather materials and help survive the night. Gear up and drop into deep caves in search of rare resources and hidden areas. In this class students come together to discuss the latest news, trends, strategies, skins and more in the world of Fortnite. After having some discussions students will play cooperatively together. Students will need to use communication with their classmates and teacher in order to have an advantage over the other players. This also improves their social and leaderships skills by discussing strategies with their fellow classmates while in the battle. The teacher will be facilitaing the lesson by making sure all students are joining the correct game, handling gamer-tag information, keeping conversation flowing and making sure students feel happy and safe. Students will need to have Fortnite downloaded on whichever gaming system they enjoy the most. All gamer-tags should be sent to the teacher before the lesson starts in order to have more time focused on playing. Please make sure that your version of Fortnite is up to date before the session starts.

I mainly teach English-based classes with a focus on video games to engage learners. I have a Primary (Elementary) Education degree, making me a qualified teacher. I have an Education support staff qualification which qualifies me to teach small groups at a High School level and to appropriately teach students with various special needs. I believe students should have fun while learning, this makes students look forward to attending classes and trying their best. My love for video games has made me compete in many tournaments worldwide! Hopefully, I can give some of my students tips and tricks!
