In this one time class, we will explore the lifecycle of a butterfly as well as their migration by reading the book "Fly, Butterfly" by Bonnie Bader. Before we read the book, we will go over the vocabulary words: chrysalis and migration. While I am reading, the students will be encouraged to sculpt the different stages of the butterfly's lifecycle using play dough.
