FLEX Schedule DIY Kawaii Jewelry and Accessories With Shrink Plastic
What's included
Class Experience
In this 4 week Flex Class (No Live meetings), we will learn different kawaii and cute drawings ready to be turned into shrink plastic charms. On the Monday morning around 6-9am PST, I will be uploading the videos for the week. Each week's video will start with sketching the drawing onto paper first, then tracing it onto our plastic sheets. I will also provide instructions on how to bake the finished drawings, as well as how to turn them into jewelry and accessories. If you love kawaii drawings and would love to turn your artworks into something wearable, then this is the class for you. This would also be a great opportunity to be able to sell your finished products at local craft fairs or give them away as gifts. Class Schedule: Week 1: 2 Videos will be posted on Monday morning Video 1 Cute Breads - Croissant, Pretzel, Toast, and Baguette, Video 2 Baking Instructions with Toaster Oven Week 2: 1 Video will be posted on Monday morning Video 1 Cute Rice Balls and Ramen Week 3: 1 Video will be posted on Monday morning Video 1 Boba Tea with colourful peals Week 4: 2 Videos will be posted on Monday morning Video 1 Breakfast Cereal and Gumball Mason Jar, Video 2 Ideas for home decor and jewelry; packaging and marketing finished products; tips on where and how to sell your products Class Format: FLEX Schedule. There are no live meetings. All communication is done by messaging and sharing videos and files in the classroom. Students are encouraged to post their finish products of the week onto the classroom page to receive feedback from peers and myself. I will also be monitoring the page daily for any questions posted by learners.

Hi Everyone :) Thanks for checking out my profile!
I have a Bachelors both in Music Performance and Music Education. I also hold a post graduate diploma in Exploring Arts Education.
Currently, I'm the elementary school music teacher, which means I get to teach music to everyone in the school, working with around 430 students per week! I love how I get the privilege to watch so many learners grow as we go through the school year together. I like to incorporate various aspects of arts into my classes, such as painting and dancing, to create a more well rounded experience for my students. My classes are fun and energetic. I always try my best to make personal connections with my students. I feel that students learn best when they feel safe, relaxed and are trusting of the adults in their learning environments.
Aside from teaching in the schools, I am a freelance potter and artist. I specialize in ceramic and fibre arts, such as needle-felting, knitting and crocheting. I also like to paint and doodle my ideas into my sketch books. I sell my works both online and at local craft fairs.
I don't have any pets or children, but I do have 200 house plants that I water every week! My favourite plant is a Monstera named "Freddy". I am a big fan of Studio Ghibli movies and I like spending my free time watching anime and how-to videos.
I look forward to working and exploring the arts with you, here on Outschool :)
