Homework
1-2 hours per week. Homework will be practice time in between viewed FLEX class video postings and a few worksheets and games that can be printed. A total of approximately 20 minutes, 3-4 different times during the week, should be enough to secure the information and be prepared for the next lesson. Slides from the weekly slideshow may be printed at the parent's discretion. Students need to be able to view the screen while at their keyboard to attempt the songs while watching the demonstrations and for recording a sample of their playing to submit to Mrs. Pauli during the week. Printed slides are great for practice time when learners are taking a break from screen-time.

Class Experience

This FLEX class is a flexible schedule, asynchronous pre-recorded video series that follows FLEX (Part A) Piano Lessons #1-4 Keyboard Class.

During this course, the video lessons will build upon the knowledge of the prior coursework each week. Practice during the week between viewing the video classes is highly recommended. Access to a keyboard/piano and view of a screen while playing is necessary. Printing out the material is recommended but optional. Videos and slideshows will be posted on the classroom page at 12 Noon Eastern time on Sunday each week. Learner submitted homework or practice videos will be viewed and feedback provided during the week. I will return feedback within 24 hours of receiving homework or practice videos.

The equivalent live version of this class is the first half of Piano Music Class 1. If you are looking for a live class with scheduled meetings, please use this link:
