Homework
1-2 hours per week. Learners are encouraged to work on their scripts as often as they desire and their schedule permits.Class Experience
**LEARNERS MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE LIVE OR FLEX "WRITE YOUR FIRST SCREENPLAY CLASS TO PARTICIPATE** This flexible class is for learners who completed the live or flex versions of my "Write Your First Screenplay" Class. It is an opportunity for them to finish, revise, and polish the short screenplays they started. In the first four weeks, learners will work independently on their scripts but will have weekly check-ins and progress feedback with me. I will also have office hours available for assistance in between. In the final 5th week, learners can swap scripts with each other if they would like to have peer feedback. START/COMPLETE A NEW STORY Learners may also attend this FLEX class to start a NEW screenplay! Since they have the fundamentals of screenwriting and the experience of writing a script, they are invited to use this time to start a new story and get the same support to finish, revise, and polish it. Weeks 1-2: Ensure there is a viable story, Complete the story outline. Weeks 3-5: Writing the script. If finished, the learner can participate in peer feedback. Learners may re-take this class as many times as they want.
