Assessment
Informal assessment will be conducted at the beginning of class to determine a student's level and needs, and then throughout the class to ensure learning objectives and goals are being met.Class Experience
This ongoing class is an opportunity for students to get assistance in their personal goals be they for fun or academic. From test preparation, homework assistance, and guidance understanding 'sticky' grammar points that might differ from English grammar, or assistance with more accurate pronunciation and speaking practice, this class is suitable for learners beginning the language from scratch, brushing up on academic skills, or just having fun practising their French. Lessons are based on student need after a brief teacher assessment and student goals. This ongoing class is learner-driven, so each class will focus on an area of focus needed by the learner for that particular class. Please provide information about your student's level and goals with the language, whether personal or academic. Students are welcome to bring their own materials, but it is not required. Individual times can be arranged, so please feel free to message me to discuss additional time options.
Learning Goals
Learners will develop their confidence in the language across all areas of language instruction, as relevant to their needs; including reading, writing, speaking, listening and pronunciation.
