In this class the learners will make their own lunch which is a pea and potato burger . - This is an easy to make recipe , with minimal ingredients. It will cover a range of skills like mashing, frying on pan, squashing and patting the burger mix. I have a bag of easy tips and tricks to teach these skills. - Learners are expected to wash hands, put on aprons before the class starts.
