Class Experience

Students will learn basic muscles through stretching, Students will learn to have a Full Body Workout using Jump Rope/Hula Hoop skills and have fun doing it
Learn proper run technique with Form Running Drills.
45 years Teaching and Coaching Student's, Athlete's and try to make Classes Active, and Fun! Experience at all levels.

Jump Rope and Hula Hoop suggested but not required for this class. We can be creative and can Air Jump and Air Hoop.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
