Calling all Young Teens! This class we will be actively working out with Jump Rope and Hula Hoop. Each week we will alternate and get a whole body workout using Jump Rope and Hula Hoop Skills! We will learn a proper Stretch Routine and what muscles we are Stretching. We will learn Form Running Drills that will teach us the proper way to run to avoid ankle, Achilles, and lower back injury. These techniques will also increase your speed. Athlete's, students, all will benefit from working out so workout with Coach B and have fun doing it!! Learning Goals
Students will learn basic muscles through stretching, Students will learn to have a Full Body Workout using Jump Rope/Hula Hoop skills and have fun doing it
Learn proper run technique with Form Running Drills.
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Students will be actively participating in Proper Stretch Routine, Jump Rope/Hula Hoop. Students will need a space to move, towel or mat, and a water bottle for water breaks.
Supply List
Jump Rope and Hula Hoop suggested but not required for this class. We can be creative and can Air Jump and Air Hoop.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
