Fitness & Fun!!

My passion is to get the heart rate moving and sweat flowing as we do a 30 minute fun workout consisting of group workouts, fun competitive games, and strength training with some light cardio!

US Grade 5 - 8
Beginner Level
Students will gain a passion for being physically fit and will learn some new fitness ideas they can use on their own outside of class. I want to equip them with physical fitness components that they will value for the rest of their lives. 
None will be needed
This is a physical fitness which will require students basically moving in a small 5 x 5 space.  We will do a dynamic warmup to get the blood flowing and some stretching to prevent any potential injuries.  Safety is a priority for me and I design my fitness classes to prevent injuries as much as possible. 
None will be used. 
I have taught Physical Education, Health, American History, Global Studies, and Business Entrepreneurship over the past 19 years.  Additionally, I have coached basketball and soccer at the high school and club levels for the past 15 years.
