Is your child uncomfortable exercising in front of peers? This class can help! Together as student and instructor we can build confidence and capabilities by strengthening foundational skills such as balance and flexibility.

Class experience

Beginner Level
Students will improve their confidence by increasing control over their own bodies with flexibility, balance and low impact exercises. 
The instructor is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and certified yoga instructor who has been exercising for many years. 
Students will need comfortable, stable fitness shoes, a yoga/fitness mat, a water bottle filled with water, comfortable clothes that they can move freely in
Yoga/fitness mat
Sneakers (exercise shoes)
Comfortable clothes that allow for movement
Full water bottle
Safe, hazard free environment with room for stretching and moving
Students will be participating in low impact exercises. They need to be in a place free from hazards with room for them to stretch and move. Students need to wear sturdy, supportive exercise shoes such as sneakers and have a yoga/exercise mat, full water bottle and comfortable clothes that allow free movement.
