Class experience
Beginner Level
This class is led by a NASM certified personal trainer. It is a one to one fitness class for anyone who wants to learn how to move their body safely and effectively to help build a strong foundation for flexibility and balance. We will explore stretching, balance, floor exercises, and some low impact standing exercises. No experience is required. Learners must have a yoga/fitness mat, a full water bottle, stable fitness shoes and comfortable clothing that allows for free movements.
Students will improve their confidence by increasing control over their own bodies with flexibility, balance and low impact exercises.
The instructor is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and certified yoga instructor who has been exercising for many years.
Students will need comfortable, stable fitness shoes, a yoga/fitness mat, a water bottle filled with water, comfortable clothes that they can move freely in

Students will be participating in low impact exercises. They need to be in a place free from hazards with room for them to stretch and move. Students need to wear sturdy, supportive exercise shoes such as sneakers and have a yoga/exercise mat, full water bottle and comfortable clothes that allow free movement.
