Class experience
The first ladies of America have helped the world see fashion in a new light and allowed others to see fashion designers express themselves. Week 1. Michelle Obama, a working mom, showed us how casual can looking amazing, glamour can shine, and how being true to oneself can make a difference. Week 2. Students will learn about the First Ladies' fashion and how each one is very unique and individual.
I loved fashion as a child: I would draw nearly every day. My Godmother encouraged me to draw every single day, and I would scribble my designs. I loved walking around Liberties in London, and I would look at fabric and be inspired to come up with a design. I want to inspire others that to be an individual in how we dress is a creative choice and that we can learn from the past and use designers' designs from the past to create a new era of fashion.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
