US Grade Kindergarten - 1
In this course we will cover different first grade math topics such as adding, subtracting, measurement, geometry, how to tell time and more. I will provide the Google Slides and handouts we will use. In the Google slides I will make sure to provide visuals and opportunity for the learner to show what they have learned. I like to use the gradual release of responsibility (I do, we do, you do) which is often used in the classrooms. I am also open to creating homework for the learner. The topics would be: -operations and algebraic thinking (ex: using addition and subtraction to solve multi step problems. -number and operations base ten -measurement and data (ex: how many more or less in each category.)

The learner needs a notebook, pencil, whiteboard and dry erase marker (optional).
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
