US Grade 8
Beginner Level
This class is an introduction to the Myers-Briggs, 16 personality types. Students will be asked to take the personality test before class (this takes about 30 minutes) and bring their results to class. Each student will be asked in which ways they feel their result matches their personality and in what ways it doesn't. Students may resonate with a specific type, and may find it useful in many aspects of life. This test is not conclusive, and students may find they relate to a different type altogether, especially as they age, gain new experiences, and develop in new ways.
Learning Goals
Students will learn more about the Myers-Briggs, 16 personality types and the basic concepts of introversion, extroversion, thinking, feeling, perceiving, judging, and the abstract world of the mind, and the world of the five basic senses.

Students will take a short quiz at 16personalities.com before meeting if possible but not required. It is not necessary to create an account, the results of the quiz are given immediately. There is an option to have the results e-mailed as well if desired.
Teacher expertise and credentials
I have studied the Meyers-briggs personality topic for the past five years. I routinely discuss this with people who come to me with questions about interpreting their results. It's something I have spent about 700 or more hours investigating and self learning.
