I’m Leslie James, the creator of Dream Chaser Kids and tools like TalentExplorer, Project Playbooks, and Dream Circle. Since 2009, I have taught over 700 K-12 students through roles with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, the YMCA, and Junior Achievement. Leveraging my college experience with SIFE, now Enactus, I’ve led 400+ learners, including my own, to turn talents into projects with real-world impact.
