Description

Class Experience

Students will improve their understanding of stock market components, investment risk, market indexes, financial analysis and economic behavior. This class is an introduction to several financial instruments and how everything comes together as an economy. A two page financial tv guide/cheat sheet will be provided to help students when they watch financial networks in the future.
In my time as a stockbroker, I held the following licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA): Series 7, Series 63, Series 9 and Series 10.
Watch CNBC TV or another financial network on your own (with the cheat sheet) to help your understanding of the stock market.
 1 file available upon enrollment
- Curiosity in the stock market - Pen or Pencil - Notebook or Paper (to take notes or write questions)
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
45 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
