In this multi-day course, students will practice and create their own compound words, idioms, similes, and metaphors while playing Jeopardy.
Class experience
Students will meet for the first class to discuss compound words. Students will learn about compound words and work as a class to create a compound word class list. For the second class, students will learn and discover the fun of idioms. Students will try to create their own personal idioms at the end of class.
