Students will be able to determine when inches, feet, yards, and miles should be used. Students will be able to convert between inches, feet, yards, and miles. Students will be able to determine meters, centimeters, and millimeters. Students will be able to convert between meters, centimeters, and millimeters. Students will be able to convert between cups, pints, quarts, and gallons. Students will be able to determine when mL and L should be used. Students will be able to convert between grams, kilograms, and milligrams. Students will be able to determine when to use grams, kilograms, and milligrams. I will occasionally share Google Slides with students for them to use to complete math activities in class. I will provide the link for the students. Students do not need an account. I also use Google Docs and Google Slides to present some of the information in my class. This will be screen shared.
I have used state and national standards to create a course. This allows for students to be taught grade-level-appropriate material and assures that students are performing at level.
