In this introduction to decimal operations multi-day class, students will learn all about decimals! Throughout this course your child will learn about decimal place values, reading, writing, and rounding decimals, adding and subtracting decimals, and multiplying and dividing decimals. I have taught grades 3, 4, and 5 in a brick-and-mortar school for over eight years and have been teaching online, too, for the past four years. As a classroom teacher, I have become very familiar with elementary subjects for grades 1-5 and their corresponding standards in math, English, reading, writing, science, social studies, and test prep. Familiarity with different grade levels allows me to differentiate my instruction and guide students to higher levels of thinking as they master grade-level concepts and seek to enhance their skills.
