In this one time class, your student will learn how to draw a croquis which is a cornerstone skill in becoming a fashion designer. A croquis is a silhouette of a person/ model which is the first part of fashion sketching. On top of a croquis is then where fashion designers draw their fashion design of an outfit with adding different styles of drawing to create layers, texture, colors, and patterns. We will focus on creating a croquis in this class which will help your student gain confidence in creating a proportional human outline. (Would you rather a private one on one lesson? Parental Guidance
We will watch a YouTube video, and I will share it in the classroom for students to practice drawing a croquis. They do not need to have a YouTube account. This is optional to look at/ review with after class.
