In this super fun baking class, students will learn to bake delicious, pumpkin spice cupcakes for scratch. And just in time for fall! Students will bake along side the teacher, and they will learn some important tips for baking cakes, and making homemade buttercream icing. It will be a delicious class that you won't want to miss! The teacher will leave detailed instructions for the students to follow. Students do not need to have prior baking knowledge, as they will learn as they go, but they should be able to operate kitchen equipment (oven, stovetop, electric mixers), or have a parent to help them during class. The ingredients for the cake will be available in a the classroom upon enrollment. *Because the students will be baking, parental guidance is advised.

My name is Hannah Bard, or Teacher Hannah, and I love to teach! I have my Bachelors of Arts degree in Spanish education with a minor in ESL. I have a large plethora of interests and passions, which include language, art, calligraphy, hand lettering, sewing, cooking, and DIY projects. I love to share my knowledge and skills with others, and I think it is so important for our kids to learn these skills, if they interest them! I spent 2 months studying Spanish abroad in Costa Rica, and I taught Spanish in a public school for 1 year. I have been teaching Spanish online to students for 3 years! I have 2 sons, who I will also be teaching Spanish as they learn to speak. I love the outdoors, traveling, camping, fishing, and creating things!
