Beginner - Advanced Level
In this ongoing class, teacher will use the Common Core Standards as a guide to teach math topics related to 7th Grade. In this ongoing course, I will do a quick assessment of each student to determine where they are in their understanding of the concept. Class structure: 1) Greetings 2) short lesson on the topic (It will be teacher led using a dry erase board/ slide show/ power point presentation) 3) Each child will be able to demonstrate their understanding of the topic. 4) Kahoot game/ Blooket game / based on the topic. Add on are Trivia pursuit or Jeopardy Due to the fact that this is an ongoing course, students can enroll for additional support and practice. Homeschooled students can enroll for a complete math curriculum. Students are charged weekly and can enroll or unenroll at any time. Each week a different topic will be covered. No topics will build on each other. K5 learning website Worksheet (with permission) will be used in the classroom, at times. IXL website with permission will be used. Canva worksheets will be used, as well.
