In this class, students will learn kindergarten math concepts in small group instruction.

US Grade Kindergarten
In this class, students will receive explicit instruction and explore math concepts for the kindergarten curriculum. The students will actively participate during class and verbalize their thinking process. Kindergarten students will be introduced to thinking mathematically through problem solving. There will be interactive instruction, manipulative, and discussion through this program. Skills are connected to concepts through concrete, pictorial, and abstract practices.

I have taught Singapore Math in my classroom for over fifteen years. I have received extensive training through my school district and have tutored K- 4th grade in Singapore Math. I have taught Math virtually for three years to ESL and homeschool students.
Homework Offered
Each week there will be two pages of independent homework on lessons taught in class.Assessments Offered
Informal assessment through observation and I will provide feedback to parents periodically. I will also offer resources and practice activities to students for home.Grades Offered
Materials will be provided before class digitally for certain lessons. Paper and pencil is needed in class.
