US Grade Kindergarten
In this class, students will receive explicit instruction and explore math concepts for the kindergarten curriculum. The students will actively participate during class and verbalize their thinking process. Kindergarten students will be introduced to thinking mathematically through problem solving. There will be interactive instruction, manipulative, and discussion through this program. Skills are connected to concepts through concrete, pictorial, and abstract practices.
The students will sing songs through visuals and act out fun concepts and learn new math ideas. The students will explore many of these math concepts through exploration and discussion. They will also learn important math vocabulary for each lesson. They will also learn to become more successful problem solvers. This program will help the students to excel to the next level in math. The students will be given many hands-on experiences!Learning Goals

Materials will be provided before class digitally for certain lessons. Paper and pencil is needed in class.
