Students will have time to review English sight words, practice common sentences and phrases, and then talk with me and each other to improve conversational English. I use fun flashcards and props/realia to make learning fun and engaging. I also use TPR (total physical response) to help students retain new words. Students will learn new vocabulary and improve conversational English by having natural dialogue with me and each other.
I am a certified K-12 ESL teacher with 21 years of teaching experience.
I encourage students to practice words and sentences/phrases with a family member, or a favorite stuffed animal/doll, to help them retain and improve their English.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
