While this is a Halloween escape room, there are no horror or graphic elements involved in this experience. However, this course is recommended for students over the age or 11 as this will need to have access to third party tools, such as Thinglink and Google Forms. The game will also include an embedded puzzle from JigsawPlanet. Students will not need to sign up for an account, nor will they be redirected to another link outside of the game link. Students will just need to have open access embedded link.

Our Services are not directed to people under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us by Contact. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. All content will be under the name of the teacher. 

COPPA Policy for Thinglink:

Safety and privacy are our top priorities. Learners under 13 will need to have Parental Consent when accessing those links to comply with COPPA.

Students will be provided with a direct code to access the game link, and will bypass any registration or sign-ins for Thinglink as I have a Professional Teacher License through the service to use the platform as a teaching tool. Therefore, learners will not need to provide any information or sign up for the platform themselves. In fact, students will be provided with a link that restricts them from having to share any personal information or sign in, as the game will appear on their screen without an interface. However, parental consent will be required to comply with COPPA. As per the terms of usage, all students accessing the Service are subject to consent provided via their educator or educational institution, as allowed under COPPA, and will require the use of a unique invitation code supplied by their instructor or education institution in order to create an account or access the platform. Any use or access to the Service by anyone under 13 without Consent, is strictly prohibited and in violation of this Agreement.
