Students will be observed while playing an Equivalent Fraction games.Class Experience
US Grade 4 - 5
In this class, students will be given guided practice problems to find out if two fractions are greater than, less than, or equal (<,>,=). We will focus on the "Butterfly Method" to compare fractions. Students will be given immediate feedback and reteaching as needed during the class. Students who are not strong in multiplication will be able to use calculators. In order to practice the skill, students will participate in an equivalent fraction "Bamboozle" game. We will review the following Math words: -Greater than > -Less than < -equal = -numerator -denominator

Hello I am Mrs. Keyuanna Evans. I am the teacher your child will never forget!

I graduated from Virginia State University with a Masters in Education with a focus in Special Education. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Recreation and Physical Education. I have been teaching elementary school for over 17 years. I have taught students in general education and students in Special Education. I have taught in both private and charter school settings.
In my everyday life, I am a wife and mother of one sweet 11 year old girl. I enjoy watching movies and spending time with my family.
