Mentoring session with a Kebloom Mentor This session is a great way to have regular catch ups with a Kebloom Mentor to discuss how your kid has been progressing with their business idea. They can use this opportunity to share their learnings with their peers, ask their mentor questions, trouble shoot any challenges they may be experiencing or they may simply just need a motivation boost to keep working through their business idea. The session will cover the following: - Provide an update on what they have been up to each week - Share their weekly wins - Share their learnings with their mentor and peers - Discuss any issues/challenges they may be experiencing - Trouble shoot and brainstorm tips and ideas with their mentor and peers - Set weekly action tasks to ensure they are focussing on the right areas within their business This session will help motivate and keep your kids inspired to continue working on their business. Perhaps they have a brand new idea and would like to validate it? They may be struggling to get new customers and want some tips or ideas? They may need a refresher to cover some of the concepts covered in the workshop (if they have attended a Kebloom workshop previously)? Or they may want to hear from other kids and what they are doing that works for them. This is great for School Students, Home School Groups and Home School Families
Learning Goals
Reflection - students can reflect on what they have put into practice from what they learnt from the workshop and from implementing their ideas
Problem Solving - brainstorm to come up with solutions to any problems they may be experiencing
Collaboration - brainstorm with their group to help each other problem solve and share ideas
Planning - They will come up with an action plan to make them accountable
Iteration - they can update their Kebloom Launch Box and further iterate their ideas
