What will be taught? This course focuses on developing emotional intelligence, which includes: Understanding emotions and how they affect behaviour. Recognizing emotions in others to build empathy. Managing emotions in challenging situations. Developing healthy communication habits. Building and maintaining positive relationships. Resilience techniques for overcoming setbacks. Class Structure: Each session will focus on a specific aspect of emotional intelligence, with a blend of discussion, hands-on activities, and reflection. Students will learn through interactive exercises, real-world examples, and group collaboration, allowing them to apply the concepts to their daily lives. Teaching Style: This class is interactive and supportive, encouraging students to share their thoughts and experiences in a safe space.
