While this class is geared towards those who are looking to be 'elite' and the top of their class 'regular' athletes can also use this information to build on their own progress. In the last six months Mr. Brown has worked with his mountain bike athlete to move from 'part time elite' to 'full time pro'. There is a particular recipe for this process, and it is new information that Mr. Brown can share if the class has extra time or is suited towards this discussion. Dealing with media, gathering sponsors - these are the most recent 'additions' to Mr. Brown's coaching/managing portfolio that he can share.
