Remember, this would mean the same events in the story are taking place but through the eyes of a different character. You will also plan to write a narrative story continuing the events with the same characters. Homework Offered
Learners will read three texts from a 2017 grade 5 ELA assessments and answer the written response questions provided. Learners will have an additional task of writing 2 narrative essays. Learners will also write an analysis essay comparing two nonfiction articles.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class

This class is for any learner that is preparing for a standardized state ELA assessment. Not every state requires learners to write a narrative essay (lesson 2), so if you are not sure you can reach out. The format is typical up to grade 8.
